What we do

Three practices, one standard of work

The same people who teach constitutional law to a Class XI student draft the contract, and argue the matter. That is unusual, and it is the point.

Why Anand Legal Services

Coaching that reads like a law school, not a factory

Judicial and law-officer examinations reward precise recall and structured answer-writing, not memorised summaries. We teach the way good law faculties teach — from the bare act, the section, and the judgment outward.

Bare-act-first pedagogy

Judicial and law-officer exams reward precise section recall, not summaries. Every class begins with the bare act itself — we build principles and answers out of the text, rather than handing out ready-made notes to memorise.

Faculty who practise the law

Our faculty are practising lawyers and post-graduate scholars from National Law Universities. They litigate, they advise, and they bring the current state of the law into class.

Diagnostics, not just scores

After each mock you receive an error taxonomy — statutory recall gaps, principle-application slips, negative-marking discipline, section-wise pacing — and a written remediation plan reviewed one-to-one.

Current affairs, curated daily

A one-page daily brief and a monthly compendium covering legal developments, new legislation and landmark judgments — built for the general-knowledge papers in judicial prelims and UPSC ORA alike.

Batches capped at 24

Every student is called on in every live class. Doubt sessions are scheduled, not squeezed in — six hours a week of open faculty time on video.

Beyond the exam

We stay with you past the result — mock interview panels for the viva, placement guidance for PSU and law-firm roles, and a peer network of candidates who sat the same paper you did.

Programmes

From the bare act to the bench

The method

Five stages, repeated until they become instinct

Preparation fails when it is unstructured. Our calendar fixes what you do each week, and our review loop makes sure you never repeat the same mistake twice.

Diagnose

A baseline test and a written profile: statutory recall, answer-writing structure, and general-knowledge gaps.

Build

Concept classes with printed modules — bare-act reading, constitutional scheme, procedural frameworks, answer structure.

Drill

Daily practice sets and weekly sectionals, timed, with negative marking, so that pacing is trained rather than hoped for.

Simulate

Full-length mocks timed exactly to the real exam, followed by a compulsory written post-mortem for every attempt.

Refine

One-to-one mentor review each fortnight; the study plan is rewritten around what the error log actually shows.

Faculty

Taught by people who teach law for a living

Practising lawyers and post-graduates from National Law Universities, supported by invited practitioners for the criminal codes and the viva panel — not a rotating bench of recent test-takers.

What our students say

“The bare-act drills changed how I read a section. I stopped memorising summaries and started reading the provision itself — that is exactly how the prelims paper tests you.”

NSNeha S.Judicial Services batch, 2025

“I joined for UPSC ORA after two years of independent practice. The mock interview panels and the PMLA/FEMA sheets were worth the fee on their own.”

RVRohit V.UPSC ORA batch, 2025

“The mains answer-writing evaluation was blunt in the best way — every sheet came back with exactly what was costing me marks.”
